There’s no negative implication with that phrasing, if that’s what you mean.

This is common for American articles. They never quite get it right

1 in 3 could be accurate if talking about weekly, but cmon I’m pretty sure vast majority of finns use sauna yearly.
Personally there is some periods when I do not use sauna but it still probably averages closer to once a week than month.

There are incredibly small apartments in Finland that yet have saunas built into them this just is plain not right not in even in the ballpark. Most Finns go to sauna.

Maybe that is right if the definiton of use is to go to sauna weekly

More like 1 in 3 OWN a sauna or have one in their home
> almost 90 percent of all Finns go to a sauna once a week. This popularity is also reflected in the number of saunas: there are 3.2 million of them in Finland. The tradition is passed on in families and in numerous active sauna societies.

Lol what? Every finn uses sauna and every house has sauna, all apartment buildings also have atleast communal one. All summer cottges have sauna. We have saunas everywhere its big part of our culture. And what you even mean with that “still use” its not substitute for anything.

This is actually totally accurate. I mean, the other 2/3 also use sauna, but the first 1/3 as well.

This is wild.
As an avid sauna enthusiast, I used to heat it up every evening, but now only on the weekends due to saving firewood for the winter.
Guess I’ll get more wood then; start going twice a day for this insult.

2 in 3 have already been in sauna in the weekend, and repeating again on Friday or Saturday? 😁
