    One part from the article:

    “S-Bank acknowledged that the organization had strict language requirements for mortgage loans in a statement to Yle.

    Even with an interpreter, the bank will not lend to someone who does not speak Finnish or Swedish well enough.”

    It is pretty strange that they do not accept or let you have assistance from an interpreter. It makes you question if it is truly intention of “protecting the customer from signing a document that they do not understand fully”.

    How about this: learn the language of the country you leave in. Simple. Too lazy? There are literally hundreds of other countries. Nobody’s forcing you to leave in Finland. Bye.
