there are few here and there. but not so much (compared to Finland, where on basically each trail you can find from my experience).
main reason, somebody needs to build it and maintain – costs money. government does not give money for such things easily or it is allocated somewhere else (e.g re-planting trees, maintain access, for animal disease control etc.)
in addition, my personal opinion – there are a lot of bad mentality people, whose attitude – if it is not locked and not concreted you can take it (steal it). or if hard / far to steal – need to break and damage. more young people are growing out of this, but still there are many.

Because sadly, some of us, haven’t evolved enough and everything gets destroyed on sight, so no one is interested in making these for free for everybody to use.

Most are not as good as in this picture but decent. On weekends in summer, you better be early in the morning as they’re getting occupied fast.
