Fondamentalmente per le persone che non parlano tedesco questo tizio sta affittando un monolocale a Monaco e vuole 2500€ per un tavolo, un divano e qualche sedia, pazzesco vero? Io dico che non torna e lui dice solo "sì, è costato 1500€ e ne voglio 2500€"Ciò non può e non deve essere tollerato.

Yeah it’s bullshit, but someone desperate enough will pay it so they get a place to live.
It’s a free market, almost no commodities have regulated prices. I can buy a rock for one Euro and try to sell it for one thousand and if someone will buy it for that price, that’s how much the rock is worth.
That being said, is that guy the landlord, in which case he can landlord as much as he want, or is he a wannabe whose pretends he has the power to decide who the landlord rents the apartment to? That’s your real question.
