I mean the first one is just wrong. It has a wrong verb conjugation:

The verb is actually reflexive. Here are the pronouns:
>je -> me
tu -> te
The left one is the nominative case and the right one is the oblique case. (similar to English, I -> me, you -> you, he -> him etc.) You add this to the verb and contraction removes the vowel. That’s how you get tu t’appelles and je m’appelle.
