Kiitos.

Every lamp I’ve ever bought has come with wiring that is attached to a connector like that (they’re called sokeripala). If you had ports for regular plugs in your ceiling you might need an adapter, but for sokeripala you should be fine with pretty much any lamp from any store.
It doesn’t matter which lamp you buy.
Most new lamps have the plug with it so it doesn’t fit straight.
You can either buy a plug for it from any hardware store (prisma, motonet, puuilo etc etc) and connect it to those wires, OR buy a new lamp with a plug and remove it and connect the wires.
It’s not hard and doesn’t need a professional. Just use common sense. And remember to turn off the electricity when operating

No need for electrician. Just match the colors of the wires.
Green and yellow is protective earth, blue is neutral and black/brown are live.
There will be two switches, one for the black wire and one for the brown. If your lamp does not have four wires (which is likely) you connect blue to neutral, green and yellow to ground and either black or brown to live.
It used to be more common that you had two switches for the same lamp (typically 2 + 2 or 2 + 3) so you got some control on how much light you wanted.
