The year is 2024 AD and journos still haven’t figured out how to do journo work on subjects pertaining to Armenia/ns:

No. The reason why CSTO lost any shred of credibility it had, was the Azerbaijani incursion of 2022 into sovereign Armenian territory, the occupation of said territory and the committing of a number of war crimes (including the verified and documented execution of Armenian POWs).
If I didn’t know better, I’d think that there’s a deliberate attempt to not remind the readership of Azerbaijan’s actions. But Hanlon’s razor…
