Looks like an identity theft scam to me. Especially since the building is not in that address. But also their phrasing and that they repeated the information about the bathroom.
The bathroom thing itself seems a bit odd as well. I don’t know of any apartments that would have that and then have tiny shared kitchen.

There are a few hotels that offer monthly rent (I think about 900-1000€ per month, check Contel or Atlanta). Maybe use that or Airbnb for 2-4 weeks to check places in person.
Also even if the apartment and deal are sound, that area in Kranichstein is not the greatest and I would not recommend it.

Never pay or sign any contract prior to seeing the place in person. The demand for housing is so high that no landlord would do what is shown in the conversation as they have plenty of people interested
