Ho ricevuto un paio di punture, in realtà non ricordo nessuna zecca che andasse rimossa. Sono qui per una luuuunga vacanza, quindi non sono registrato presso un medico di base, ma credo di essere solo super paranoico. Sono punture di zanzara estreme?

I often get like this just from regular bugs. If it was a tick – it would still be there. They don’t come off easily 🙂
Take a look on some antiallergy tablets.

Lymes don’t come so fast. If it was a tick, the inflammation on the bite would appear in a few weeks, usually around a month.
Not to mention that it’s fairly hard to *not* notice a tick in a place like that. Those buggers aren’t easy to get rid of.
Rush to a hospital to get it amputated asap or you’re a dead (wo)man walking.
at worst this looks like an allergic reaction to a bug bite
if it doesnt dissapear in a few hours you can go get creme “Alergozan” and apply it to the area

No ticks, rapid progression, no typical signs – I’d say those are mosquito bytes. Some Dermodrin and they should be OK in no time.
Well, considering lyme disease comes from Ticks, and very rare cases from mosquitoes, flies or fleas I will assume you’ll be fine!
Do you think Bulgarians are somehow natural experts on Lyme disease? Talk to a doctor or if you’re going to ask reddit, at least go to the relevant sub.
