Un po’ perso con i prodotti norvegesi. Cosa ne pensi di quei due? Soprattutto non capisco cosa sia la salsa olandese e il 17% di burro sembra sospetto

The first product, melange, is a mostly plant oil based butter substitute, intended for cooking. It also comes in a block, looking similar to butter.

Hollandaise is a traditional sauce of French origin: [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hollandaise_sauce](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hollandaise_sauce) In Norway it is often used with fish. I have never seen this 1L carton though.

Melange is used as replacement for butter when cooking, its made with Rapeseed oil and a few more additions (there are some variations that contain a small percentage of butter).

Hollandaise sauce is something entirely different, its a type of sauce made with eggs, butter and lemon, commonly eaten with eggs benedict or in germany its eaten together with asparagus during the season.
