Ciao, vivo in un appartamento in affitto. Sono circa 3 anni che ci vivo. I mobili della cucina stanno iniziando a mostrare qualche danno, probabilmente a causa dell’umidità e del vapore della cottura.
Quando restituirò questo appartamento sarò responsabile di questo DMG? È una riparazione costosa?

You are not responsible. This is normal wear from everyday use and living.
Absolutely normal wear and tear that should be in your rental agreement. In the unlikely case that the rental agency tries to argue otherwise, make sure to stand your ground and argue your case.
It’s not your fault that they used cheap materials for the cabinetry and now it happens to be flaking over time. Go figure lol.

We had some Ikea doors with the same problem. If they are Ikea, it will go under warranty and the cost to the landlord is minimal.
