Ho appena notato che le etichette della mia stampante provengono dalla Russia. Il paese che ha invaso un altro stato sovrano e ne ha illegalmente annesso delle parti. Boicotta Brother finché non saranno più associati alla Russia!!!!

Buy the knock off brands. They work great and are often 60% to 75% less.

I doubt it’s from Russia. Russia doesn’t have such high tech

And by “you noticed”, do you mean that it says “Russia” there on top?

This usually means that this particular logo (the recycle type 90-thing) is applicable to the Russian market. No more, no less. So unless that says “made in Russia” or has a Russian address as the HQ printed on it or something, it means exactly nothing.

Also, for what it’s worth, I asked Google Gemini, and while that must not neccessarily be factual, it says:

“**Brother printing products are primarily manufactured in the United States, specifically in Bartlett, Tennessee.**”

It lists a bunch of sources for that.

I’ve noticed some stock destined for Russia with Russian language packaging being redirected to shelves here, maybe shows sanctions do work. Not sure if that’s the case here though.

I recommend brother laser printers to everyone because they’re super reliable, gonna contact their CS to see what the deal is.

Are you going to boycott products from all countries that do despicable shit or just the ones that Reddit has told you to be upset at? If it’s the former, I hope you’re ready to give up 90% of your possessions including your car, gas, tech etc

  8. Off brand TZ label tape is just as good as the name brand stuff I have tested all the cheapest ones off Amazon and they work the same.

Russia is the only county on earth still using cassette technology.
