I visited your lovely country last year in August and had a great time.
Today I got an email from the car rental place that I got a speeding ticket. They were nice enough to enclose a scan of the actual ticket (1) but since it’s in Bulgarian I couldn’t make anything of it.
I used Google translate and figured most of it out. I found that you can pay the ticket on https://e-uslugi.mvr.bg/ and after some trial and error I managed to find my ticket. I wanted to pay it through the “ePay” option but I got a pop up in Bulgarian (2) before I could go further. I translated it to English (3); not my native language but for the purpose of communicating here I figured this was the easiest option, but this did not make it any clearer for me.
I suppose “name” should just be my name, but can someone please help me clear up what I need to fill out in the “Identifier” boxes. And what about the “EGN/LNCH/LN” or “EIK/BULSTAT” boxes?
I want to pay my fine but I’m completely at a loss here. Any help is appreciated.
