Ho preparato la colazione per una coppia di idraulici affamati! Ho preso salsicce e pancetta dai macellai locali, infuriato ho dimenticato di prendere anche i budini lì, ma ho preso budini bianchi e neri clonakilty, uova fritte (c’era un altro uovo che cuoceva quando ho scattato la foto) e pomodori, pane alla soda fatto in casa e pane con patate servito con una caraffa di fagioli (facile da versare) e abbondante salsa Ballymaloe!
