Saddened to learn of this incident, but pleased to hear a punishment was served. I will never forget when my father dragged me out of the Science Museum by my ears, whilst kicking at my legs and pushing me to the floor, and nobody said a word. This was over twenty years ago, and I am really pleased to read that the bystanders of today stepped in.
