I know I’m lucky to already have a house, but seeing bridging loans make a come back is a massive win for family etc like myself. I’d love to move to a bigger house (3 kids only getting bigger) with a much bigger garden.
I would never risk selling to fund a move for fear of it all going wrong and leaving my family homeless.
This might finally bring loads of second time + buyers onto the market.
