Mi sono trasferito nel mio nuovo appartamento e ho Vodafone come fornitore (so che fanno schifo). Dovrei avere un download di 1000 Mbit o almeno qualcosa di simile, ma la maggior parte delle volte ottengo circa 50 Mbit. Li ho chiamati e ho mandato loro delle email ma non rispondono. Qualcuno ha sperimentato questo o conosce un modo per risolvere questo problema?

  1. According to this screenshot, you do actually have 1100Mbit/s Download,110% if what it should be, so your provider is overfulfilling his contract.
    The 50Mbit/s you see in the upper right is your Upload speed, not your Download speed.
    The 141 Mbit/s for your iPhone is due to your WiFi signal at home, so the connection quality between your iPhone and router. It might be affected by distance, how thick your walls are, if your iPhone supports the newest WiFi standard etc.. That’s likely nothing the provider can fix for you.

    Looks like you got 1104 MBit/s on your router but your connection to the iPhone lacks. Try another WiFi channel, it might be over used in your location.

  3. I take it you have not tested the speed with an ethernet connection to a computer?

    Depending on your devices, when using WiFi, you will not get a 1Gbit connection to an iPhone. In addition to this, the further you away from the router, the weaker the signal and causes lower speeds. This also goes for any obstacle.
