If you don’t know what you are doing, maybe you shouldn’t do it?
At your own risk, electricity is not a joke:
First, make sure there is no electricity, so remove the fuse for the room and check that there is no electricity.
The two plastic pieces on the cable and the light is basically the same thing.
Remove the one from the cables with a small screwdriver. Then you have the cables that you put in the other fixture.on the lamp.
But as it sounds like you have no idea what you are doing, get someone who does.
Edit: Also no idea why all the cables from the wall are white, they shouldn’t be all white anyway…
But yeah get help…
