It starts with civil action but they’ll be back to criminal before you know it. When are we going to end private prosecutions so this threat can be over?

£12M losses over 11,500 operators, is about £105 per operator per year. In other words, a margin of error. Yes those vexatious idiots obviously get a boner from being in court again.

Post office ltd needs a long honest look in a mirror. Can’t risk any more innocent prosecutions. Please put this company out of its misery.
