Ugh. If you’re talking about getting any sort of justice, good luck with that.
That is not a serious enough injury really. I mean you could document it and maybe get your hospital bill paid, you all you’re gonna get in the hospital is betadine, wrap and maybe antibiotic prescription. The local counsil or someone might maybe pay your hospital bill, but most likely you’ll have to fight for like 50 euro, probably not worth it. If you would break your leg or smth needing an ambulance, then it might be different.
Get some Betadine and a wrap from your local pharmacy. Wipe any dirt with a clean cloth and bottled water, douce in betadine (like with a lot) and wrap it. If you’re sitting at home or hotel, take the wrap off and let the wound air well. For night, put a light wrap so you don’t accidentally nick it in sleep. Do this for 1-2 days, monitor for signs of infection. Some redness around the edges is expected, but if you see it spreading, have significant amount of discharge or get a fever, go to see a doctor to get antibiotics.
EDIT: If the wrap gets stuck, soak it in clean water (bottled) to soften it up. Ripping those off hurts like hell.
Do you health advice or legal advice?
Health advice – I would go to a polyclinic and get that checked. It looks like it’s not deep but it should still be checked
Legal advice – take photos of the place where you fell and also photos of the wound. Photos should include address and date and time. Go to a lawyer. Personally I don’t recommend this as it’s not worth the money and time but it’s up to you.
Sadly the only thing you can do is be more careful in the future
