Holy fuck, don’t use wegovy or ozempic for weight loss full stop – use them for treatment of things like diabetes as they are designed for.
If you don’t make exercise and lifestyle changes, what weight you lose is coming right back when you get off the injections, and trust me, the NHS isn’t going to keep funding your treatment if there isn’t a medical requirement for it.
