Easily, been learning Interslavic for about a year to act as an intermediate between my Polish and Ukrainian, it’s honestly quite amazing and it has helped me a lot.

Ano člověk tomu rozumí ale trhá mi to uši. Zní to podle mě strašně tvrdě a tak nějak rusky s tou výslovností.

If she spoke just a bit faster, I think I would understand none of it. Right now it alternates between 50-70%. But that might be because I am kinda used to hearing Poles and Croats/you know, typical czech enjoying occasional holidays in croatia). I feel like that some Czechs who aren’t used to hearing other slavic languages would not understand much…
The language does sound extremely… hard and like weird mix of Croatian, Russian and Polish to me. I think that if a Polish person tried to speak to me this way, it would be better if he just spoke Polish…
