So due to the actions of a few the many will now suffer

  2. Once again, we hamper the lives of ordinary people allowing the terrorists to win.

  3. Haven’t read the article. Is water also banned? As we’re always carrying some water with us when we’re out and about, never know when you get dizzy. If they banned water in clear bottles that’s just stupid.

Oil is liquid, so the national gallery did their part in stopping oil?

Unless they’re searching people this won’t mean anything. Fairly sure that we can hide a tin of soup pretty easily if we have nefarious ideas.

Ah yes. Punish the entire country for the actions of a few radical miscreants. That old chestnut.

How fortunate humans never get thirsty in the absence of water.

So by this logic, when liquids are used as protest causes the liquids to be banned?

If I didn’t know better that would make me assume that with good reason and logic the only way to end fossil fuel reliance and move to better methods of living is by using gas oil and coal in a protest? The contents in the gallery where protected from being tarnished from the liquids. So does that mean that the target of oil gas and coal should be protected too? What would it take, throwing petrol bombs at gas facilities? Launching burning coals at fossil fuel buildings?

I’m sure there would be a lot more noise made if and when the eco warriors become prepared for real battle, ain’t no women ever got any rights by politely asking for it.

For success in movements to happen there must be a force strong enough to lift the cognitive dissonance of the ignorantly blissful lives we all love in luxury.

Power 2 da people, bomb the palace, blow up Westminster and rebuild an equal society

There’s no doubt that the actions of Rumbelo Biggleworth-Smithe and Sebastian Octavius Throckmorton-Fitzwilliam will win over the general public and help further their environmental goals.

  10. I loved being able to walk in and watch a few paintings and walk out without any hindrance.
Last time I had to queue in the rain to enter…now with these checks it will even get worse.
    Small joy lost

What was the end game goal? Do they really think doing things like this is going to win people over?

If you are going to go after oil companies go after them directly.

So some spoilt brats have ruined it for the rest of us. Just Stop Oil is the lowest IQ group I’ve ever seen.

Meanwhile our new Labour government are refusing to reinstate the Fuel Price Escalator, while cutting active travel & public transport subsidies like the bus fare cap.

Don’t agree with many of JSO’S actions but even now the politicians still refuse to institute the change needed.
