      It’s not his farming empire that’s causing this IHT bill, it’s his huge wealth surely? Sure the farming land is part of that, but not the whole story.

      Agricultural land became the go to investment to pass on and avoid inheritance tax. The grifters brought this on themselves. Blame lays firmly with them

      I’m disappointed ft used the term ” death duties”, this is normally a telegraph or mail trope. It’s why it’s called “inheritance” tax in the first place.

      It’s a tax on the inheritor and the passing of assets to them. The person dying nor their partner don’t pay a penny.
