Mi sono svegliato con segni rossi su tutto il collo e il corpo, poi ho trovato questi insetti sanguigni nel letto. È una stanza d’albergo vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Francoforte. Di solito cosa dovrei fare, semplicemente avvisare la reception? Devo andare al pronto soccorso?

The hotel is called Savoy hotel, do you have the same experience?
These are bedbugs. They are the absolute worst. Unfortunately they are not considered ‘Meldepflichtig’ but absolutely go to the front desk and let them know and ask for a new room. There are online guides on how to identify bed bugs in a hotel room before you get settled in. Usually involves lifting the mattress and looking for little dark spots.
Hopefully you don’t have your favorite clothes with you, because you absolutely need to either get rid of all of the clothes & bags you have with you, or you need to store them for months in plastic bags till the bugs die. DO NOT take the bags & clothes into your home!!! Store them in plastic bags in your cellar / attic / garage.
Heat is usually very effective, but unfortunately it’s winter, so you cant really use the sun to heat everything up.
Having bedbugs is super traumatic. Bag everything before entering your home
