Ho creato una mappa per esplorare visivamente il mercato degli affitti in Svizzera per città o cantone, mi piacerebbe ricevere qualche feedback e che tu potessi verificarlo.

I’ll still have to tweak it a bit, the zoom was annoying and I’ll include more data soon.
Right now it is slightly misleading because it’s all rental/sales data. And that includes Garages, Offices, and not just apartments.
I’ll add a filter this week.
If you’d like to check it out, it’s on [foxai.ch](https://foxai.ch/) and I’ll be very grateful for any feedback or questions! Thank you!

Something is a bit odd. Some villages, which I know are very poor, have very high median rent

A field to enter a postcode yourself would be nice. You could also display the data in more different ways, eg make comparisons between 1-n post codes for multiple variables possible, including graphs etc.
Then there are some issues you probably know about: map zoom, no data at some points, wrong unit when looking at number of sales. Also data source is missing, which is quite crucial in my opinion.
I could see such a tool being used in early stages of property hunting, to quickly assess median price levels in a certain region.

Great map, but i would suggest showing the lakes. That would make it much easier to find your Gemeinde/commune quickly.
