he should go in the front line, together with all the war-mongerers politicians around Europe, and a good chunk of the internet-warriors here in reddit.

Read the article, you idiots. He proposes sending forces as part of the peace deal. If NATO membership for Ukraine is not an option, there is the option that European countries individually send peacekeeping forces to provide security for Ukraine.

If we send troops, I think we can expect China to send troops also. MAGA would not come to help us. And we Europe are not ready at all.

Many in Europe do not understand two simple things.
1. We are not talking about Ukraine, you certainly will not want to fight for Estonia when you are threatened with a nuclear war. Well, it is somewhere far away, and I still want to live and not fight. Just give it to them and they will calm down(but history says otherwise). And ultimately, the NATO alliance may fall apart in exactly that way.
2. Do you really prefer that the war pass through your cities and your civilians suffer, instead of conducting military operations, for example, in the same Ukraine.
Of course we all hope that we won’t have to participate in the war, but the axis of evil thinks differently, and from the point of view of common sense it is better to be prepared for the worst case scenario. It’s not us who started this, but the question is, will we defend our values or give them to the savages.

Given how small the Baltic states’ militaries are, I’m uneasy with how hawkish their politicians can be. Without much military punch of their own, their rhetoric directly imply they’re expecting others to carry the human and monetary costs of their ideas.
EDIT: Yes, I know it’s about peacekeepers. Just how many peacekeepers can Estonia send to cover the gargantuan demilitarized zone?

And why couldn’t something like this have been done on the eve of February 24 2022, to both prevent the war from starting and make it part of a peace plan as well?
