Putin has stepped over the line, he’s no longer hiding the fact he’s trying to destroy Ukraine’s infrastructure and cities…
Russia isn’t interested in negotiations, only submission.
Putin is willing to sacrifice his troops, and the Ukrainian citizens to accomplish his goals.

Every war is used as a testing/development/deployment new/existing weapons.

It’s just a bigger missile than most, launching it with a conventional warhead is stupidity at that range, short range would be more efficient, unless they’re running out of tactical weapons. But yeah fuck Putin.
