This really, really pisses me off.
We have the money, the resources and the expertise to resolve this and we apparently allocated money to solve it yet it’s still not resolved.
Heads need to be banged together until it is solved.
This just isn’t acceptable and it shouldn’t be tolerated. It’s an utter indictment of the whole health system and the political system that it is still an ongoing issue.
It’s a disgrace and we absolutely should be hanging our heads in shame.
Whatever the blockage is preventing this being resolved needs to be sorted out.

My kid has this condition and had the operation but will still face a lifetime of challenges. I just cannot understand why the Minister cant be provided with the list and updated each week on its progress. Every single week there is a meeting between the Minister and the HSE person put in charge of the list and I believe if that person has to go before the Minister weekly you will see prompt action.

This kills me every time. We are decades facing this scoliosis scandal and nobody is making any progress.
