The US only supplied with the cluser warheads only, those where scheduled for destruction anyway. Ukraine have no ATACMS with unitary warhead, thay can attack the Kerch bridge (Yet) So if you hear a cluster, it wil be a salvo of small sharp detonations. No single detonations like this video. Sorry your post is only spreading false rumors. *(Unless they obtained a batch with unitary warhead, and I doubt that)* Most of all I really hope this was a Ukrainan made missile and long range drone/cruise capacity like Palianytsia or Hrim-2.
