Common sense would suggest we stick him on a flight back to Egypt and place him on the banned list. But we all know what’s actually going to happen, he’ll claim his life’s in danger and he’s a Christian and he’ll be allowed to stay here endangering more women.
I wonder if these judges actually have any female friends or family.

If he were white British, he would probably have not got any custodial sentence (not even suspended). If we think this lower end sexual harassment deserves prison for (presumably) a first offence, we need to be prepared to pay massive tax hikes to build new prisons.
The details, while scary for the women concerned, don’t fit the frenzied sex attack by a foreigner the Daily Mail implies in its headline.
Having said that, to my mind, he’s has his one and only warning, and any repetition of any offence as, or more serious, should result in prison and return to Egypt on release.
Please read the article folks. Headline by op is quite rage-baity.
If people actually read the article before succumbing to outrage bait, he’s been given a suspended sentence and put on the sex offenders register. I doubt that is any different to the sentence anybody with no priors would receive in that situation. Believe me as a woman, if they put every handsy creep out there directly in jail, the prison system would collapse. You can argue about whether it should happen but it’s not viable currently.
Since when does having no friends stop the law from being applicable? So messed up. I supposed they might be worried about his suicide risk.

Seriously, why do we allow the Daily Mail? its a garbage newspaper for garbage people.
I long for the day when we have a common sense immigration/ asylum system.
Just to be clear, I am by no means someone that is advocating for zero migration or asylum, but we all know there is a huge problem with people abusing the system, and coming here with nothing but the wrong intentions.
I genuinely believe we are a tolerant, welcoming, and friendly people, but that has limits, and we shouldn’t feel the slightest flicker of guilt sending these sort people back home if they cause problems here.
