๐ Pensieri?

It’s a no-brainer – it absolutely should be listed. But this issue isn’t new; many experts have been advocating for it for years.
Here’s an interview with Prof. Dumanowski, a food historian, discussing the issue: [Polska Wigilia na liลcie UNESCO โ mamy takฤ szansฤ](https://www.wprost.pl/tylko-u-nas/10036206/zaskakujacy-apel-historyka-polska-wigilia-na-liscie-unesco-mamy-taka-szanse.html). as nice a tradition as it is, it’s not really all that special no? basically every european country has its own variant of it and they’re all very similar
i don’t really get the idea of putting something like that on a unesco list anyways, i get historic buildings or old towns or nature sites due to the need to protect them but not this really
