When it comes to salmon soup, the creamy version seems to be most popular, and I’ve covered it on my channel too. But here is a clear version that might not be as popular, but it’s still very delicious!
Ingredients you’ll need:
Salmon
Potatoes (new potatoes preferred)
Carrots
Onions (new onions preferred)
Celeriac
Rutabaga
Chicken stock
Butter
Allspice / Bay leaves / Salt
A lot of dill
Butter (optional)
Dice the root vegetables and cube the salmon.
Cook the root vegetables, and quartered onion in the chicken stock with bay leaves and allspice until tender.
When the vegetables are ready, add the fish and add a generous pat of butter.
