Seems like a regular rental apartment showing? Need more context, were you expecting anything like this?
Never heard of this kind of tour. If the guy who gives the online tour starts asking money upfront if you are interested in one of the apartments I would say that then it will be a scam category but just now he isn’t asking anything. Never pay anything upfront to “reserve” an apartment. You also can ask about the rental agreement and if the guy is legit there is no problem. In hindsight this kind of tour could save a lot of time and money for the guy and a lot more people can see the apartments faster than it would be giving the tour in real life.
