Quindi ho studiato in Finlandia e ho aperto un conto bancario OP lì. Ora sono in vacanza estiva fuori dal paese e l’app mobile non sembra funzionare? Qualcuno ha riscontrato questo problema? Ho provato la VPN e non ha funzionato. Si carica praticamente all’infinito e quando lo fa non riesco a premere accedi ecc. La cosa strana è che una volta in queste 2 settimane si è caricato immediatamente, ma tutte le altre volte è stato così. Non può essere nemmeno la mia connessione Internet.

i also had some problems today with logging in, but worked after disconnecting VPN. or just might be some maintenance going on.
have you tried signing in through browser or computer instead of the app? or disable any custom DNS settings from phone

I definitely think that BANK would not lock you out of your account, either server issues, maintenance, or other connectivity issues.
Also, you said you connected once, meaning it is definitely nothing to do with being outside of Finland.
All that I can think of is when i was studying, I remember university’s wifi being restricted in a way that it would not log on authorization services of mobile games, though insta, everything else worked fine.
Either you have some networking problems or OP has some server problems. The app works around the globe. If it was disabled abroad, they would have some error message telling you that.
