It is pretty strange that they do not accept or let you have assistance from an interpreter. It makes you question if it is truly intention of “protecting the customer from signing a document that they do not understand fully”.
How about this: learn the language of the country you leave in. Simple. Too lazy? There are literally hundreds of other countries. Nobody’s forcing you to leave in Finland. Bye.
OP and Nordea at least have good English customer service – S-pankki just doesn’t want our money lol
