Ciao a tutti,

It depends on what you are planning to do there. Is it just casual strolling or some serious outdoor activities or what?

This is it exactly. You should be fine either way. If you are going hiking bring the katmandu ones. If not either one works. Had a friend visit rovaniemi in february with some worn sneakers. That was not enough lol.
If you keep moving and are wearing heavy enough socks you should be fine. However, if it’s proper cold and you end up standing around, those probably won’t cut it. And remember, the rest of your outfit also has to do with whether you freeze or not. And energy levels as well, and hydration.
Having said all this, most/many foreign tourists were wearing hiking footwear instead of winter boots in Saariselkä when I was there in Feb.
Those will be sufficient if you don’t wander in to deep snow.
