Looks like aronia to me. A cultivated hybrid, not endemic, edible.

I don’t think you should eat them

You can eat, though I remember them being rather bitter. Aronia juice on the other hand? That’s the stuff.

Yeah you can eat them. It’s aronia. The taste is bitter and chalky, but they make good jam and juice. They get sweeter late in the autumn after the first night frosts, if there are any still left in the bushes. Edit to add: reminded by another commenter, they do stain clothes very easily and the color is difficult to get completely out, so keep that in mind when picking and preparing them!

When you ask for edibility, make sure to triple check and recognize everything yourself too. There are tons of horrible advice in internet especially when it comes to mushrooms. I’ve seen to many “good to eat” anwers with the most deathly poisonous mushrooms and berries.

Looks like aronia; not much on its own but you can make juice or jam out of them with e.g. apples. Aronia gives a deep red color, and that’s something to keep in mind when you start picking the berries: that’s gonna be messy so no white clothes.
