A forceful scrubbing with a magic eraser (melamine foam) and nothing but water will make them good as new.
Dr beckmann cleaning liquid and paper towels. Spread that stuff on the stove, let it sit for few minutes then wipe it with paper towels with sort of rolling motion (wax on wax off etc.). That has worked for me
Oven cleaner probably works better.
Scrabe for cleaning!
For me the below has worked magically on any surface I’ve faced with difficult stains. Owens, stoves or even lime stains in the bathroom glass and walls just to mention a few. It’s ecological and non-toxic so it can be used with easy without any gloves etc.

You need blade. Sharp blade. Like this.

Just gently scrub it away. Not sideways.
Comes very easily. It’s just burned crease and food.
Don’t worry.
You need a lemon and baking soda. Put some soda on the cooktop and scrub with half of a lemon.
The pink stuff paste works wonders, there are also ceramic stove razor blades in the cleaning aisle in all supermarkets.
A sharp razor. Sponges and other scrapers might create foggy circles.
I also recommend dr Beckmann it was brand new after cleaning 🧽
