It’s insane to me how many people still seem to believe that Armenia just kinda decided to invade Azerbaijan in the 90’s one day for the shits and giggles.
I get most people don’t care nearly as much for Armenia and her history, but if you’re going to be talking about the conflict at all, is it really that hard to look up basic information like… idk, how it actually started?

Azerbaijan has made it clear that they won’t agree to any treaty unless Armenia changes its constitution, which isn’t even possible for years at the earliest.
The article itself says that Pashinyan is just offering to sign a document about the points they agree on and ignore the points where they don’t.
