Those are ~~tick~~ **bed bug** bites. Your hotel is filthy. You should leave immediately and file a complaint. Be as vocal as you can.
hmm… I don’t want to scare you but I think these are bed bug bites… Of course I am not 100% sure but search your room… If you find out that the room has bed bugs be careful with your stuff if you go back home because you might take some with you…. and believe me a bed bug infestation in your home is the last thing you need.
Also OP I think you should go to a local pharmacy to check you.
Former Greek soldier here.
These are bed bugs most probably.

Rhaegal or Caraxes I guess
You can turn upsidedown the bed mat to check for bed bugs or blood stamps….
When I was in the army I was living with thousands of bed bugs together. They don’t bite like that. Usually their bites are in a straight line and close to each other. They don’t get so red. Except they are dirty / infected or the body has a strange reaction to their bites. My sister was bitten by something this year which left similar marks. She does not know yet what that could be. Also you should go see a dermatologist. My sister did and she got some kortisone (spelling??) for it. Still has a mark!
I am also a former Greek soldier. These are 90% bed bug bites. I had a LOT of trouble with them in my military service I was full of those bites and they take a month to fully disappear given you don’t scratch them and they itch oh they itch a lot. It was the worst experience of my life. Its torture really. You are afraid of going to bed cause you don’t know how many bites you will have when you wake up. Glad I never have to sleep again in one of those beds in the military base.

Ok I admit. It was me 😔
It’s the neighbor
Go and hit him
When me and literally every other person here was in the army we learned that these red bastards are bedbug bites.
Your hotel is filthy, go down to reception and file a complaint immediately. We usually don’t have a lot of standards in Greece, but this is a new low.
Pictured below are my signature bedbug bites.
