Same happened in Romania before, and a anti air rocket landed in Poland killing a farmer. Proximity to War zone, unfortunately means those drones by mistake are entering different aerospace. Hopefully lessons will be learned and some measures will take place.

Russian drone ? Yes
Suicide? No
Either they messed up with coordinates or did it on purpose BUT it probably run out of fuel and crashed.
