Wont help, people procreate either at times when the conditions are not dire aka, they have an actual future, or when you need children for your own survival which was the standard case in the past, but not anymore. So sending young men into the meatgrinder does not really help to make people to actually wanting children because no one wants to see his own kids being sent off into death with 18!

What surprises me most, is their ability to ban smth, that would make vatniks happy, but wouldn’t disturb average population. Like that ban on LGBT for example. how many people gave a f**k enough to leave country for that except LGBT people themselves.
