    >Eligible buyers can apply to purchase the 51 houses on 9 October while applications for the 195 apartments will open later this year.

Who has the money to buy 51 houses??? This country only cares about rich people.

There’s a housing crisis, how are these 300 homes going to solve it? We need tens of thousands of homes – where’s the project for that?

Great to see public land being used for housing. But let’s hope the prices remain accessible for those who really need it.

Housing on public land should be social housing.

Amazing how peple on the top 10% of earning in the country, paying the highest rate of 52% in salary taxes need help from the government to buy a house.

And before you come saying that is shared with 2 working parents, it is even worse then! Our parents were able to buy a house on one income on a menial job. We are now both working, graduated, and can’t afford anything.
