Tbh he is quite right. Tactically speaking, it was a genius move by Israel.
Israel has been enduring missile and drone attacks from Hezbollah for almost a year already, so it would make sense that they would respond against that terror group.
The way they did it, made it so almost exclusively the terrorists got targeted and wont be able to continue fighting. By using pagers and walkies, they made Hez be unable to trust any devices. Which made high commanders meet in person. Who then also got targeted by Isreal.
This whole thing was a clearly well planned thing, that yes, you could actually call it genius.
Atleast calling it genius is better than the awful statement that De Sutter made, who called it a terrorist attack…
