Oggi ho ricevuto una lettera dall’Agenzia per l’Impiego riguardante la mia ALG l, mi hanno specificato l’importo che riceverò ma mi hanno scritto che i primi 3 mesi dopo la data di fine del rapporto di lavoro sono ancora in attesa della decisione: “A proposito di questo periodo è non è stato ancora deciso. Riceverai una lettera separata a riguardo.”
Questo indica che mi metteranno su una Sperrzeit?
Informazioni sul mio caso: sono stato licenziato a metà agosto dalla mia ex azienda per motivi operativi, quindi mi è stato offerto un pacchetto di buonuscita e sono stato licenziato e ho utilizzato un avvocato per verificare tutto e sono stato informato che avrei dovuto essere al sicuro da un Sperrzeit. Mi sono registrato come Arbeitslos e Arbeitssuchend in tempo, ma l’azienda ha presentato l’Arbeitbescheinigung con 4 settimane di ritardo, il che ha fatto sì che il tempo del processo iniziasse solo la settimana scorsa.

I don’t know, don’t you have some way of translating this sentence?
i dont know if this is part of a chart, which explains different options or if its their “decision” without seeing more of the letter. the “ggf” in the upper right stands for “in case of”, so to me it looks like a chart… from afar.
that said, you usually get blocked for nor getting fired, but signing ein “Auflösungsvertrag”, “Aufhebungsvertrag”, which basically says that both parties are fine with you leaving. you are not “letting go”, you “went” on your own accord and therefore you (might) get a “ban period”, for leaving the job without being forced to….
edit: if YOU leave a company – e.g. you dont like the working conditions – you are supposed to find a new job first. you are not a victim – so to speak – it didnt happen unexpectedly and therefore you dont get alg1. this is not completely accurate, just my feeble attempt to explain it in english.
