I feel so sad for this girl and her family and so sorry for the whole situation. What an awful thing to endure. So senseless.

This was just an awful awful thing to happen.
As for that clown Geoff Gallagher, he stood outside the hospital claiming she was as good as dead and her family weren’t allowed get information from Doctors, only the Gardai. You’d have to believe in Karma after what happened him.

Any update on the monster who attacked the kids? Last I heard a “file was being prepared” in February …

Precious she is going to be the most beautiful butterfly of them all…
It’s so hard to comprehend what you all have gone through, your goals may change a little but there is always a way. For now maybe not bike but one day a trike, instead of rollerblades she will be swimming. I truly hope you get to hear her little voice soon. Stay strong x

Society has a lot to answer for.
People ignoring reality because it would mean they’d first have to accept they were wrong about something.
The result is stabbed children, decapitated gay men, murdered teachers, the cases go on and on and on and on.
They’ll deflect at every opportunity, but the truth is their naivety and ignorance is what’s caused and is causing all of this.

I have nothing but disdain and contempt for the utter gowls that were *adamant* that she had died in hospital because they knew someone who was a nurse/janitor/doctor/receptionist working there

Really appreciate the updates the family give, they don’t have to, they could be completely private but are letting society see that they are focusing on the positives and building towards the future. It’s incredibly inspiring and shows true human strength. Wish them all the best with it and hope the improvements continue for them.

Was the attacker sentenced yet or has the case yet to be heard in court?
