Questi sono per le plafoniere ma non li ho mai visti prima. Normalmente quello che farei è spelare i fili, appendere la luce, unire i fili e coprirli con un cappuccio.
Sono stato in più negozi e so che è necessario collegare i due cavi esterni e non quello centrale, ma nessun negozio sembra vendere una spina adatta.

You are looking at a screw terminal (aka Lüsterklemme)
I mean you could try and fit a plug in there if you are crazy but it is suppsoed to be used with solid or stranded (sus) conductors
It’s not a socket, it’s row of screw terminals. You insert the bare stripped wire into the terminal and screw it down.

Assuming those are actually the live and neutral wires and the lamp you have is double-insulated, yes. If you’re not familiar with this kind of set-up, please get an electrician to do this.
You do not need fitting. They are suppose to use with stripped wires.
