Seen this guy in Dublin airport wanted to stop and say hello so bad.

Bruce Almighty.

I’m watching it now, he’d wind me right up if he stopped me. The constant snarky comments, and then telling them to “calm down” constantly.

Question: Is he still working in the airport? I’ve travelled a few times a year to visit my wife’s family for over 15 years and never came across him.

Seen him drunk in a southside chipper/came across very nice/- everyone knew who he was but didn’t seem like it was growing the TV show.

He seems like a bit of a prick. There’s no two ways about it.
BUT he’s our prick.

He’s not paid to be sound, he’s paid to catch folks trying to break the law, and I have to say he seems very dedicated. Of wed a few more people take their job seriously we’d be better off

With all due respect to my colleague the dog,
Repeatedly showing his badge to people like a 4 year old who just got a sheriff’s badge.
Dropping Spanish words into conversations with Chinese people “amigo”.
Pity he didn’t transfer down under for a nothing to declare crossover.

I always thought the customs section of the airport was for show only.
Turns out it was for Rte drama!
A great watch.

He once told me Lanzarote isn’t in Spain. I told him my degree in geography could provide otherwise. Told me to calm down. I nearly ripped him a new one.

He should make a run for the Aras. Imagine him greeting foreign dignitaries lol

I’ve had a look at more of that video. Christ what a horrible prick.
Firstly he needs to calm down. He’s employing a very high rate of speech for someone talking to people who have a very low level of English, who may understandably be startled to be confronted by any official, then to start repeating “are you okay are you okay are you okay” AT them is savage McGregor levels of ignorance.
Several times when someone with poor English didn’t answer within 1.2 seconds he ignorantly repeats the question loudly and aggressively.
Calls himself a law enforcement officer at one point. Ok. But why is he loudly interrogating individuals in public? Do they have any rights here?
If there are possible criminal sanctions involved rather than fines should passengers not be warned of this before being asked questions? For example he’s asking people about possessing drugs. He calls the Guards subsequently who caution and arrest someone but we’re a long way into the process at that point.
He talks about helping drug mules offering assistance but he isn’t shown saying that to that one suspected drug mule. Surely thought that would important to show? Did he not say it to them? Why not?
Why is he accosting a woman who he says is being trafficked for exploitation but yet talks to her like she’s a dog and isn’t shown offering her any assistance?
Got extremely aggressive with the fellas from Sydney, completely unnecessary, completely unprofessional. Even if one guy was a bit shirty it doesn’t matter.
