Seeing NK army and how they are trained, they aren’t much of a threat.

I’m assuming Kim Jong Undone never planned on getting any of those “soldiers” back. If he did, he’s more of an idiot than I thought. Canon fodder or desertion, pretty much their choices.

Again…has NK declared a special military action on Ukraine? And if so, cannot Ukraine invite anyone they desire to now also join their side?

One point Im missing is – how will the allies of Ukraine react to this move? Its a clear extension of warefare now at a moment where Ukraine needs desparately additional support fron his allies. And can the allies now still deny increased support (strikes inside RuSSia)? For me thats the real question.
These 10000 add soldiers are not as critical as it may be a bad move for RuSSia, showing their desparation having to try this move.

Cannon fodder?

Come on Ukraine drop pamphlets in Korean. That say: if they drop a Russian they are welcome to freedom and get asylum. One Russian passport is one ticket out. That could spice things up a bit, right?

Time to give Ukraine longer range systems? Something intercontinental?

When the going gets tough, NK soldiers will deflect or surrender or just awal.
